Dragonfly Skirt

This skirt is handmade to order using a beautiful kelly green cotton/acrylic blend yarn. The design has little dragonfly cutouts throughout. She is elasticized around the waist and comes with a removable tie that can be tied in different ways around the waist. This piece is made to be worn over your fav bikinis as a coverup, but not made to be worn in water.
